Sew a Bag

A couple of weeks ago we tried out Shibori — Shibori is a resist dying technique. Traditional shibori has multiple ways to fold, sew, loop, or wrap fabric before dying. It is commonly done in an Indigo vat, which we love because that makes this plant based and biodegradable. The whole process uses a whole lot of old school chemistry and, for us, many elements of surprise!
As a result, I’ve had a some dyed fabric ready to get used up so here's how I made a little bag for holding some of my projects. You can also use this for a lunchbag or picnics!
